Indonesia faces unemployment and employment problems. In February 2021, the number of unemployed people aged 15 years over in reached 8.7 million. On other hand, Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted economic activity, uncertainty, 6.4 million workers were forced to be laid off. The rate is one problems that Indonesia’s problems, especially during pandemic. government, through Minister Manpower, seeks control by conducting various competency productivity-based training Education programs organized Vocational Training Centre (BLK) development program for expanding job opportunities or laborers affected This study aims describe inhibiting factors implementation automotive courses how impact these on management BLK future. Respondents consisted 17 teachers managers sector BLK. Data was collected using a questionnaire form tested Product-moment Person, expert judgment, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. findings show include curriculum with 65.11%, 54.67%, course participants 57.22%, 65.52%, facilities 78.31%, funds budget 54.12%, government 51.18%, community 60.71%. research limited Yogyakarta. Furthermore, future expected involve parties involved supporting outside aspects have been studied.
